Job Description:

Richardson Media Group, a certified B Corporation located in Portsmouth, New Hampshire seeks a full-time Account Coordinator/Project Manager with strong administrative skills and an interest in working as part of a small team at a busy advertising and SEO agency. The ideal candidate will support both media planning and SEO departments and get involved in all areas of project management and facilitate all aspects of account coordination. This person will work as an integral part of our internal agency team and will have direct contact with clients, media vendors and external agency partners to help ensure complex projects run smoothly from start to finish.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage the agency’s weekly production calendar and coordinate task lists for the team.
  • Serve as the communication hub between clients, vendors and agency partners.
  • Provide overarching administrative support (fielding phone calls and mail, email, data entry, filing, basic office system maintenance, ordering supplies).
  • Generate media campaign ad specifications for creative teams.
  • Bring a working knowledge of agency software systems such as, Harvest, MediaPlanHQ, Asana, Google Office Suite, Loomly, Canva, InDesign, etc.
  • Traffic media campaign materials, including broadcast, video, print, digital, and out-of-home deliverables.
  • Prepare and update agency promotional decks, emails, web content, e-newsletter and other forms of branded agency communications.
  • Support agency principal with agency RFP process: compiling information, printing, assembling and mailing documents.
  • Participate in relevant professional development events
  • Become an active member of the B Corporation community and engage with other members of the agency in various volunteer efforts.
  • Help to coordinate and manage guests for the BSuite podcast.
  • Assume additional team responsibilities, as needed.

Successful candidates will demonstrate the following attributes:

  • Extremely well organized and detail-oriented.

  • Eager to learn new things.

  • Brings experience working in advertising, SEO and content.

  • Comfortable with technology, including a variety of online project management and time tracking tools.

  • Fluent in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.

  • Familiarity with WordPress CMS.

  • At ease working with data sets and interested in metrics and analytics.

  • Willing to bring a positive attitude and strong work ethic to our team.

  • Genuinely committed to excellent client service and creating a positive work environment.

  • Persistent and resilient to overcome obstacles and find creative solutions to unexpected challenges.

  • Flexible enough to respond to an ever-changing list of priorities and tasks.

  • Familiar with general advertising agency roles and operations.

  • A graduate of a four-year college or university with B.S./B.A degree.
