Part-time SEO Manager

Job Description
Richardson Media Group seeks a part-time SEO Manager responsible for developing and executing data-driven SEO campaigns. This is a client-facing role requiring strong expertise in Search Engine Optimization. The position will grant the right candidate an opportunity to create and execute SEO campaigns from the ground up. We are seeking a self-directed, highly motivated team player with a strong business acumen and sense of humor.   • Develop, implement and execute all SEO campaigns, aligning SEO best practices with our clients’ business objectives.
  • Perform audits of key SEO factors including: keyword research, competitive analysis, site speed, mobile responsiveness, usability, Index submissions, site content and backlinks.
  • Conduct on-site and off-site optimization to improve SEO performance.
  • Monitoring all critical listings (i.e., Google My Business) for accuracy over time keeping up-to-date and taking advantage of new features.
  • Ensure Google Search Console and Google Analytics are set up accurately.
  • Analyze and translate data from various data sources into actionable client content recommendations.
  • Prepare custom, monthly SEO reports for clients, and take the lead on monthly reporting calls.
  • Provide support to clients’ web development team with SEO recommendations as needed.
  • Stay abreast of current SEO news, technologies and best practices and function as the Agency’s subject matter expert

Agency Administration and Technology

  • Contribute to Agency RFP responses and prepare SEO estimates for new clients.
  • Familiarize and support internal agency processes on various software systems: Harvest ID, ASANA, Google Office Suite, TapClicks, MediaPlanHQ, etc.
  • Dive into the execution of internal agency projects and business administration tasks, as needed.
  • Act as agency SEO thought leader and contribute to agency blog writing and article shares.
  • Participate in relevant professional development events both online + in-person.

  • 2-3 years of experience in SEO.
  • Familiar with relevant SEO tools (ex: Screaming Frog, MOZ, aHrefs, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, GTM, Bing Webmaster tools, Brightedge).
  • Expertise across all aspects of on-site and off-site optimization, technical SEO, link acquisition, site authority, content optimization, and an understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.
  • Experience identifying key performance indicators and success metrics given knowledge and understanding of specific business goals
  • Google Certification preferred, but not required.

Marketing Coordinator

Job Description
Richardson Media Group seeks a Marketing Coordinator with strong administrative skills and an interest in project management, account coordination and client service. The ideal candidate will support our media planning, content development, and SEO departments. This person will work as an integral part of our internal agency team and have direct contact with clients, media vendors and external agency partners to help ensure complex projects run smoothly from start to finish.


  • Provide overarching administrative support (answering phones, mail, email, data entry, filing, basic office system maintenance, ordering supplies).
  • Train and continue to be knowledgeable on certain agency software systems: Harvest, Asana, Google Office Suite, Loomly, Canva, etc.
  • Generate media campaign ad specifications for creative teams.
  • Support internal and external client and agency projects, as needed
  • Traffic media campaign materials, including broadcast, video, print, digital, and out-of-home deliverables.
  • Receive and prepare incoming vendor and supplier invoices for approval.
  • Prepare and update agency promotional decks, emails, web content, e-newsletter and other forms of branded agency communications.
  • Curate and schedule content for agency social media feeds.
  • Support agency principal and marketing operations manager with agency RFP process: compiling information, printing, assembling and mailing documents.
  • Participate in relevant professional development events both online + in-person
  • Take on additional responsibilities as assigned.
