We're currently looking for a part-time Content Specialist.
Job Description Richardson Media Group seeks a detail oriented part-time Content Specialist to develop and implement content for websites, landing pages, ad campaigns, e-newsletters, white papers, blogs and other forms of digital and print deliverables.
Ensure clarity, organization, accuracy, style, and quality of written work whether for in-house use or for clients.
Edit and proofread all content to ensure grammatical correctness and consistency of tone and voice.
Be accountable for the high quality and timely delivery of content whether it is self-generated or produced by an external team member.
Direct client contact.
Facilitate content strategy intake process with new clients
Prepare content and copywriting project estimates and proposals, working alongside agency principal.
Publish internal agency quarterly newsletter.
Develop ongoing podcast content.
Work with the Marketing Operations Manager to populate the agency's internal social media calendar.
Successful candidates will demonstrate:
Minimum 5+ years of professional writing and editorial experience.
Ability to work effectively and productively in a team-based environment with multiple stakeholders across all levels.
Strong organizational, time-management, problem-solving decision-making, strategic-thinking, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Diplomacy, good judgment, discretion and self-motivation.
Ability to prioritize multiple projects and competing demands, meet deadlines, remain flexible, and deliver high quality results while working under pressure.
Fluent in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Comfortable with a variety of productivity software and apps.
Willing to bring a positive attitude and strong work ethic to our team.
Flexible enough to respond to an ever-changing list of priorities and tasks.
Attention to detail.
Eagerness to learn new things.
